GCWCC Tuesday Update
Our campaign is off to a successful start and the donations received have, once again, include many increases in amounts from past years. Thank you!UPDATES
BOOK SALE
Mary Ferguson is organizing a book, DVD, toys etc. sale in Penticton with proceeds to the United Way. Here is gist from Mary:
I thought it might be fun to set up a table at the back of the lunchroom for a book sale to raise funds the United Way. We brought in about $20-$30 the last time it was done a few years ago.
If you are interested, please contribute by donating any books you want to clean out of your homes, DVD’s, VCR tapes, kid’s books, magazines, games, etc. to the table.
The re-sale price per item to buy items on the table will be $2.00. The table will work on the honour system.
All the proceeds will go to United Way. Let’s see what we can raise.
Thank you Mary for organizing this.
